Dieser Fundo ist ein Andenforstgrundstück von 257 Hektar. Er hat einen eigenen See mit einer Ausdehnung von ca. 270 x 150 m und eine starke Trinkwasserquelle.Das Waldgrundstück verfügt über ausgebaute Zugangs- und grundstückseigene Wege. Einer der internen Wege führt ganz um die schöne Lagune.
Vor ungefähr 15 Jahren wurde ein Teil des Lenga-Holzbestandes forstwirtschaftlich genutzt. Ein Drittel der Bäume wurde gemäß des von der CONAF genehmigten Flächennutzungsplanes stehen gelassen. Es hat sich nun wieder ein natürlicher Jungwald gebildet. Dadurch ist es möglich, den alten Baumbestand, wenn gewünscht, forstwirtschaftlich zu nutzen. Der Wald besteht größtenteils aus Lenga und Araucarias (dem Wahrzeichen von Chile).
Die Fauna setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:
- 90 Hektar aus den Bäumen Lenga und Araucaria
- 80 Hektar wurden vor 15 Jahren forstwirtschaftlich genutzt und bestehen heute aus Jungwald
- 30 Hektar aus Feuchtgebieten, die als Weideland sehr nahrhaft und als Weiden nutzbar sind
- 57 Hektar aus Wald urspruenglicher Arten
Potenziale und Nutzungsmöglichkeiten des Anwesens:
- Touristische Nutzung, Ausnutzung der Lagune
- Erschliessung und Parzellierung
- Nutzung zur Lachszucht
- Nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung
