Fittings: All the built in woodwork and wooden coverings of the estate is made to measure solid nut wood craftsmanship executed by Sardinian craftsmen. The floors have been tiled with warm terracotta. The inside walls radiate champagne white, the ceilings are white. The light hemp toned tiles with decorative borders in green travertino marble in the bathrooms are regional quality ceramic. The estate’s shower basins and baths in travertino marble mosaic are unique and by a craftsman.
The estate has an own well, which supplies water for the irrigation system, the house and the swimming pool. The powerful heating system allows the gas heating for the house to be changed over temporarily to an oven heater (for wood) the installation of which has been prepared for. The estate has an excellent security system. It consists of an outside system with passive infrared detector alarms for 16 zones and an alarm siren. Commission rate: is indicated per offer / contract information and adapted to country-specific. In some countries, free of commission. Payment of fees is due 10 days from receipt of invoice.
